Hello, I’m Katie!
I am passionate about creating environments that cultivate growth and the capacity to scale; serving business leaders at that sweet spot where strategy meets execution.
Growing up in a small town with an ecosystem of business leaders working together to support one another and help the community thrive inspired me. My breadth of experience positions me well to see the bigger picture as well as connect the dots to effectively execute—strategic planning, leadership alignment and operational execution.
As a business consultant in Sussex County, New Jersey, I consider myself a learner and creative problem solver; connecting collaboration, curiosity, consistency, and care to how I serve. I look forward to cultivating growth together!
