I am passionate about creating environments that cultivate growth and the capacity to scale; serving business leaders at that sweet spot where strategy meets execution.

In my career, I have had the privilege of working with executives across business functions to develop strategies, provide transparency and drive accountability to achieve results. After over 20 years in the professional services industry, I founded Cultiveren, a boutique consultancy focused on strategic planning, leadership alignment and operational execution. My breadth of experience positions me well to see the bigger picture as well as connect the dots to effectively execute.

I consider myself a learner and creative problem solver; connecting collaboration, curiosity, consistency, and care to how I serve. I’m so glad you’re here and I look forward to cultivating growth together!

What is on the Board agenda?

Our professionally facilitated Board meetings are designed to foster knowledge sharing, peer support, and strategic discussions. A typical two-hour virtual Board meeting may include member briefs, member features, and curated discussion topics. Click on the tabs below to learn more.

Member briefs are 5-minute check-ins where members share both their professional and personal progress and challenges. By sharing our experiences, we can learn from each other, gain valuable insights, and build stronger relationships.

Member features provide an opportunity for members to delve deeper into specific challenges or opportunities. Members present their situation, proposed solutions, and desired outcomes. The board offers valuable feedback, insights, and support to help members make informed decisions and accelerate their growth.

Curated discussions explore relevant topics to help you grow and scale your business. Topics may include:

  • Cultivating strategic growth. Develop a clear purpose, vision and strategy, set actionable goals, and execute effectively to achieve desired impact and drive sustainable business growth.
  • Cultivating a growth mindset. Embrace a proactive approach to learning and improvement, and overcome challenges with resilience.
  • Cultivating trust. Build strong relationships, manage risk, and foster candid communication to build trust.
  • Cultivating connection. Develop market strategies and relationships to increase brand awareness and sales.
  • Cultivating consistency. Integrate effective habits and rhythms to improve personal productivity and efficiency.

JOIN A BOARD

You may be wondering….

Engaging an advisory board provides access to expertise and insights, providing fresh perspectives and innovative ideas and reducing risk in decision making. In addition, building relationship can expand your network into new places and opportunities to make new connections.

The Board is ideal for professional service business owners with at least two years of experience who are seeking to exchange knowledge and wisdom, consistent connection, and collaboration, and to take their business to the next level through peer support. If you have more questions, let’s connect.

  • Be punctual. Respect the time of your fellow members.
  • Be prepared. Come to meetings prepared to discuss and contribute.
  • Be positive. Maintain a positive and optimistic attitude.
  • Be open-minded. Be willing to consider different perspectives.
  • Be confident. Share your ideas and options with confidence.

As a Board member, you’ll commit to approximately 4 hours per month. This includes 16 virtual meetings, each lasting around two hours and held every three weeks (with breaks during summer and holidays). You’ll also attend a two-day in-person retreat for deeper connection and strategic planning. Additional optional connection points may be scheduled throughout the year. By attending at least 14 of the 16 virtual meetings, you’ll maximize your value to the community and your own personal and professional growth.

Financial investment is $5,100.00 for the first year ($425.00 payable monthly). Investment is discounted for the first year for members joining in 2025, and does not include the retreat and related travel costs.
